We are honoured to address you through the official website of Baghat Urban Cooperative Bank as the Administrators entrusted with the responsibility of guiding the Bank during this important phase of its journey.

Baghat Bank has a long and proud legacy of serving its members, customers and the people of the region. The Bank is presently passing through a challenging phase. However, challenges also provide an opportunity for introspection, correction and renewal. With the support of the Government, regulators, depositors, members, borrowers, employees and other stakeholders, we are determined to restore the Bank to a position of financial strength, stability and public confidence.

The present administration is committed to transparency, financial discipline, professional management, improved recovery, reduction of NPAs, strengthening of capital, protection of depositors' interests and strict compliance with regulatory requirements. A comprehensive strategy is being pursued for recovery of stressed assets, settlement of eligible accounts, strengthening the capital base and improving the overall financial health of the Bank.

The support and confidence of our depositors and shareholders remain the greatest strength of the Bank. We assure all stakeholders that every possible effort is being made to protect their legitimate interests and to ensure that the Bank emerges from the present difficulties as a stronger, more resilient and professionally managed institution.

At the same time, we appeal to borrowers with overdue accounts to cooperate with the Bank and come forward for repayment or settlement, wherever permissible. Timely recovery of public money is essential for strengthening the Bank and protecting the interests of all depositors and members.
