Services for Our Customers
Anywhere Banking is available across all our branches and extension counters, enabling a host of customer-friendly services:
- ATMs: being installed at each branch and extension counter.
- Instant Funds Transfer: move business or personal funds instantly to any of our branches.
- Electronic Clearing Services: periodic payments — monthly/quarterly FD interest, share dividends, etc. — credited instantly to beneficiary accounts at any of our branches or another bank.
- Demand Draft tie-ups: the bank issues DDs for HDFC, Axis Bank, ICICI, and Bank of Baroda, as well as nationalised-bank DDs on demand.
- Locker facility at all branches, including the Head Office on Rajgarh Road, Solan.
- Special fee collection facility for schools.
- Mini-Deposit schemes (daily basis) for small businessmen, and a special RD scheme for housewives at attractive rates.

Insurance Business
General Insurance
The bank has a referral arrangement with M/s Future Generali General Insurance Company Ltd. for selling general insurance policies to customers.

Life Insurance
The Reserve Bank of India has permitted the bank to act as a corporate agent for insurance business. The bank has tied up with Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Ltd., offering a range of policies to suit customer needs.
