Anyone with a grievance against a bank or a banking scheme can approach the Banking Ombudsman, filing with the office that has jurisdiction over the branch involved. A written complaint should clearly state your name and address, the branch's name and address, the facts of the complaint, and the nature and extent of any loss — supported by documents where possible.
